Pregnancy, and liquid extracts
As mushroom farmers we are not qualified to say whether or not you can take mushroom extracts while pregnant, please consult your doctor or naturopath. Thank you for your understanding.
Allergies and mushroom extracts
If you are allergic to mushrooms you should not consume any of our products as they contain mushroom extracts.
If you are unsure about having an allergy to mushrooms we recommend starting with a small amount (.5ml) and working up to the suggested serving of 2ml.

Children and mushroom extracts
As mushroom farmers we are not qualified to say if it is safe for children to consume our liquid extracts, please consult your doctor, paediatrician or naturopath.
What benefits will I get from taking mushroom extracts?
As mushroom farmers our passion is growing and sourcing the highest quality mushrooms that are used for our extracts. For information on beneficial affects we recommend using scholar.google.com or pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov be specific about the type of mushroom you are looking for information on. There is a variety of information look for studies that have been reviewed by other research organisations.

Taking Mushroom extracts while on prescription medication?
As mushroom farmers we are not qualified to answer. This question is best answered by your doctor.
Liquid Extract FAQs
Can the extracts be taken together?
Yes, our extracts can be taken all together, we would encourage you to try for yourself and see what works best.
We also offer a suggestion of Turkey Tail and Cordyceps in the AM, and Lions Mane and Reishi in the PM. Lions Mane can also be taken AM.
Are your extracts suitable for vegans and vegetarians?
Yes, our extracts contain no animal products or involve equipment that is used for animal products.
Our Reishi Honey does contain Raw filtered honey and as such not suitable for vegans.
Fasting and liquid extracts
Alcohol is high in calories and is present in all our liquid extracts, this will break your fast.
What amount of fruiting body and mycelium do you use for your extract?
We use only the fruiting body of the mushroom, non-myceliated grain is used in our process. We believe the fruit body has everything that is needed to create a full spectrum tincture and using the mycelium doesn’t add anything extra.
We have perfected a dual extraction method at low temperatures to preserve the beneficial compounds extracted from the mushroom.
Flavours of the different mushrooms?
Our process is as delicate as possible to care for the benificial compounds in the mushroom this includes a gentle difference in flavour for each extract, we find this complements different beverages such as tea, coffee or a smoothie.
What’s in your Natural Flavouring Tinctures?
Our extracts contain only three ingredients,
Cane or Grape Ethanol (Australian made from Australian ingredients)
Mushroom fruiting body, Lions Mane (Australian grown), Turkey Tail (Australian Grown), Reishi (American grown), Cordyceps Military’s (American grown)
Distilled water
Beta-glucan testing and quantity
Beta-glucan testing is still at a point where the results are not stable, as such we believe it is not worth having these procedures undertaken.
Do you sell magic mushrooms?
It is illegal to grow or sell magic mushrooms.
But our mushrooms do have magic powers.
